Score changelog
When a quarter-over-quarter recompute moves a provider's grade, score, or rank, the change is recorded here — with the dimension that drove it. We do not edit the score record quietly. Transparency about what changed is part of what makes the benchmark trustworthy.
Nothing to log yet
The changelog activates from the second quarterly snapshot onward. The detector runs after every recompute; the first row appears once there's a previous quarter to compare against.
